Seismic refraction across the Limpopo magma-rich transform margin (South Mozambique)
Two seismic refraction models with coincident multichannel seismic reflection profiles allow us to obtain a detailed interpretation of the velocity structures across the margin. This comprehensive dataset provides (1) the delineation of the major crustal domains in the study area, which is continental onland; (2) P-wave velocities and major geological interfaces down to the Moho; and (3) the along-strike variations of the deep structures and indications of magmatism.
The interpretation of these seismic refraction models is related to the publication of Watremez et al. (in rev) Tectonics

The AllData.pdf file shows the seismic records of all the sea-bottom and land- seismometers, organised as receiver gathers. A gentle bandpass filter (2-5-18-30 Hz) was applied for display purpose. | 66 Mo | Quality controlled data |
